What do I do?

You rub the cream into an area of skin until it absorbs fully. It is important to rotate areas of skin so that one area doesn’t get over-saturated. Be careful not to use on top of other creams or perfumes as this may interact with the absorption. We recommend that you use this just before you go to sleep and apply on upper chest, inner arms or inner thighs.
